Trek 5 Days Camels
M’hamid → Sidi Naji → Erg Ez-Zahar → Ait Ounir → Duib

Day 01 M’hamid → Sidi Naji
- Early morning departure from the desert gate with camel caravan
- Trek across desert landscapes with experienced camel drivers
- Picnic lunch en route with a short rest
- Continue walking through dunes and rocky plains
- Arrive at Marabout Sidi Naji by evening
- Camp setup for the night – under the stars or in traditional tents
Day 02 Sidi Naji → Erg Ez-Zahar (The Screaming Dune)
- Morning departure, crossing the vast Hamada (stone desert)
- Arrive at Erg Ez-Zahar, one of the most beautiful and remote dunes in Morocco
- Admire the panoramic views from the top of the “Screaming Dune”
- Camp overnight at the foot of the dune in peaceful isolation
Day 03 Erg Ez-Zahar → Ait Ounir
- Leave Erg Ez-Zahar in the morning
- Trek to Ait Ounir, a region of small golden dunes
- Time to relax under the desert sun
- Set up camp and enjoy a calm evening surrounded by sandscapes
Day 04 Ait Ounir → Duib
- Caravan follows the edge of desert plains
- Journey through varied desert terrain: soft sands, dry lake beds, and tamarisk trees
- Arrive at Duib by late afternoon
- Overnight stay under a starry sky – perfect for stargazing and storytelling
Day 05 Duib → M’hamid
- Final day of the trek
- Walk from Duib back to M’hamid, soaking in the desert’s last impressions
- The rhythm of footsteps on sand offers a peaceful soundtrack to the journey
- Farewell to the desert – return to civilization with unforgettable memories
