• day 01Marrakech → Boumalne n dades
  • Departure from Marrakech in the morning.
  • Cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260m).
  • Scenic stops and optional visit of Kasbah Telouet.
  • Continue via Ouarzazate and the Skoura palm grove.
  • Drive through the Valley of Roses toward the Dades Valley.
  • Overnight in riad/hotel at Boumalne Dades.
• day 02 Boumalne n dades → Tinghir → Zagoura (via Gorge Toudgha) -> M'hammed ElGhizlane
  • Breakfast, then drive through Berber villages to Todra Gorge (Tinghir).
  • Short walk in the canyon (300m cliffs).
  • Continue south via Tazzarine and the Draa Valley.
  • Arrival in Zagora, famous for its oasis and “Timbuktu 52 days” sign.
  • Overnight in M'hammed ElGhizlane.
• day 03 M'hammed ElGhizlane → Chegaga
  • Breakfast
  • Continue off-road across desert tracks and oases.
  • Arrival at Erg Chegaga dunes in the afternoon.
  • Camel ride & sunset in the dunes.
  • Overnight in a desert camp (dinner & music under the stars).
• day 04 Chegaga Foum Zguid → Taznakht → Ait ben haddou
  • Sunrise & breakfast in camp.
  • Off-road crossing of the Iriqui dry lake and desert plateau.
  • Reach Foum Zguid, then continue to Taznakht (carpet-weaving town).
  • Evening arrival at Aït Benhaddou (UNESCO site).
  • Overnight in riad/hotel near the kasbah.
• day 05Ait ben haddou → Marrakech (Via Talouat)
  • Breakfast and guided visit of Aït Benhaddou Kasbah.
  • Drive through the Ounila Valley, one of the most scenic routes of the south.
  • Visit the historic Kasbah Telouet, former seat of the Glaoui family.
  • Cross back over the High Atlas Mountains.
  • Arrival in Marrakech in the afternoon/evening.
